Behind the wheel are a team of three, who bring their years of experience in the Law Enforcement, Security, and not-for-profit space to the table! ADAS was borne out of a desire to thrive by making information security and risk management more accessible. Get to know us here.
Andy Dodd
Managing Director
Our Managing Director is an information security consultant who brings with him a seasoned career of wisdom accrued over 30 years in policing. Andy climbed to a Head of Digital Forensics within Policing, before becoming a Cyber Crime Quality and Compliance Manager. His ongoing work sees him both as the Managing Director for ADAS, and as a UK Accreditation Service contractor - delivering countless assessments to Forensic Laboratories up and down the country to the standard of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, upholding the Forensic Science Regulators Code of Practice.
When he’s not at work, Andy enjoys road trips to Spain and a bit of PUBG.
Savva Pistolas
Technical Director
Our Technical Director is an information security consultant with years of experience delivering projects to clients across the spectrum of digital maturity. Previously a Supervisor at the National Cyber Resilience Centre Group for three years, Savva has overseen the completion of hundreds of projects delivered in near-enough every sector. Savva brings a wealth of technical knowledge as a qualified CSTM Penetration Tester - and is our Lead Assessor for Cyber Essentials Plus. Uniquely, Savva is also a noted ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer, and maintains a
free resource website
for both seasoned and noobie Lead Implementers - with over 30,000 monthly visitors.
When he’s not at work, Savva enjoys wild camping, and hunting for good food spots with his Girlfriend.
Mary Retirado
Marketing Manager
Our Marketing Manager brings a wealth of diverse experience to the ADAS team, with an LLB (Hons) in Law from Liverpool Hope University, with research conducted into the growing legal considerations in blockchain technology. Mary develops and delivers marketing strategies to spread the good word of ADAS, and provides ongoing support on matters of finance, sales, and administration. An established stock market trader, Mary brings her toolkit of analysis and risk assessment into her work with ADAS, providing invaluable help to the team in achieving longer term strategic goals.
Outside of work, Mary is a volunteer for international organisations, and recently completed the Cheshire Triple (A Marathon and a half, and a 10k!).
