Behind the wheel are a team of three, who bring their years of experience in the Law Enforcement, Security, and not-for-profit space to the table! ADAS was borne out of a desire to thrive by making information security and risk management more accessible. Get to know us here.

Andy Dodd

Managing Director

Our Managing Director is an information security consultant who brings with him a seasoned career of wisdom accrued over 30 years in policing. Andy climbed to a Head of Digital Forensics within Policing, before becoming a Cyber Crime Quality and Compliance Manager. His ongoing work sees him both as the Managing Director for ADAS, and as a UK Accreditation Service contractor - delivering countless assessments to Forensic Laboratories up and down the country to the standard of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, upholding the Forensic Science Regulators Code of Practice.

When he’s not at work, Andy enjoys road trips to Spain and a bit of online gaming.

Mary Retirado

Marketing Manager

Our Marketing Manager brings a wealth of diverse experience to the ADAS team, with an LLB (Hons) in Law from Liverpool Hope University, with research conducted into the growing legal considerations in blockchain technology. Mary develops and delivers marketing strategies to spread the good word of ADAS, and provides ongoing support on matters of finance, sales, and administration. An established stock market trader, Mary brings her toolkit of analysis and risk assessment into her work with ADAS, providing invaluable help to the team in achieving longer term strategic goals.

Outside of work, Mary is a volunteer for international organisations, and recently completed the Cheshire Triple (A Marathon and a half, and a 10k!).
