Policy Development and Review
Good security policy needs to be accurate to your organisations context, as well as honest on your security posture – templates simply don’t cut it anymore. A poor policy posture may produce organisational responsibilities that aren’t being met, and can increase the impact that a data or security incident has on the organisation!
Whether it’s the first time you’ve dipped a toe in the water with policy development, or you want to do a traditional gap analysis of your existing body of policy, ADAS are perfectly positioned to help and support you. With a focus on transparency and communication, our policy projects aim to provide a headache-free pathway to meeting your policy objectives.

Our Philosophy
All too often policy is the last minute job of a team that’s already stretched to meet diverse and complex goals. Policy is supposed to be an accurate map of the most vital parts of an organisation;
- The roles and responsibilities
- The understood strategic objectives of the senior team
- An overview of the resourcing in place to meet these
- Controls in place to ensure adequate protections
- Reference to supporting material
Policy work is a lot more enjoyable when we make sure we have a sustainable mindset and approach. While it may be tempting to download and sign a bunch of template policies and bury our head in the sand, these decisions may come back to bite us. It’s far healthier to take the time to explore our organisation and make sure that the policy that we do use (and it’s okay if this is a template!) is accurate and representative of our organisation.
When it get’s done correctly, policy development and review can be a relaxing process (No, seriously!) that builds a machine that ensures our organisation is running smoothly and safely. Tied in with effective security training, you can rapidly develop the security posture and understanding in your team.

Believe it or not, the Cybersecurity market in the UK is largely unregulated, so picking a provider with the right experience really does matter. Further still, picking a business with their heart in it makes all the difference to your actual experience of the work.

Direct Contact
We’re a small business, a team of three! You’ll be working directly with either our managing director or our technical director.

Flexible Hours
Working flexible hours allows growth and attention for our clients, when larger organisations are limited by the 9-5.

The spirit of the work
Our team is made up of people who have worked in law enforcement and the not-for-profit space. We’re here because we care about having a meaningful impact.

No sales teams!
You only ever talk to the directors, never to someone trying to upsell you on services you don’t need. Best of all, our pricing is static.
Pricing
We put all of our pricing up openly on our website, anything less would be a waste of your time. Our policy development work is no different. Feel that this is the perfect support for you but want to chat it over some more? Please fill out the contact form and we’ll get in touch.
We work on a simple day rate of £750 + VAT. We do allow people to split this payment over a longer term for no additional fee to encourage smaller organisations to get involved in the policy space.
